Way to Change Pakistan

We want every body to change but we don't want change to change ourselves. Today a worker was using harsh words against government, after few minutes he went back to his duty, at 1 o clock he said okii sir am leaving, I inquired your duty timing is till 2 o clock than why are you leaving at 1?, he replied sir I have to reach my private job at 2 o clock. At that moment I realised that we all including myself we all are corrupt and it's not the fault of gov but it's as nation our fault. We want no protocol for others but we want protocol for ourselves our family members, if it's hospital we will ask our relaitve doctor to come with us, if it's an airport we will call our person in airport security force, if it's railway we will call someone to book our seats after cancelling the seats of others, if we break a signal and warden come for challan we will call our relative in police, or any other public place, so that we can cross lines,  and don't have to wait after coming late, so that we don't have to pay challan, We don't feel shame that when we are crossing the people in lines they were the people who were waiting in lines for hours, and than we all will sit over the table with a cup of coffee and abuse he system. Actually we are system and we are croupt, we are good at marking mistakes in others but we can't see our own, and as I have read some where that "a tea maker will tell you how to run the country, how a batsman should bat in cricket, how to curtail the crouption, but what he don't know is that how to make good tea, actually thats the crouption and no body focus on that.
So if we want to change the nation we need to change ourselves. If you want government officals with no protocol and

stand in line than first learn to stand in line
